On guard for all Snap Design Professional E-Mail/Messaging Account Holders

Spam Blocking
Snap Design mail servers cross-reference sending servers with databases of known spammers. Any E-Mail coming from a black-listed server is immediately bounced.

Spam Filtering
All incoming e-mail will be scanned and assigned a spam "score." High-scoring e-mail is flagged as SPAM in the subject line. Advanced algorithms minimize false positives as well as false negatives.

No anti-spam software is yet perfect. Perfection may never be possible. In order to protect you from the possibility of losing important e-mail, we flag SPAM instead of deleting it at the mail server.

Example subject line of a flagged message:
[***SPAM*** Score/Req: 07.50/05.00] Get rich quick!

This E-Mail has been identified as SPAM, with a score of 07.50. The insert also shows that 05.00 is the threshold for a positive ID. (This is set by our engineers and may change as with experience. Your feeback is invited. E-mail: spam@SnapDesign.ca) "Get rich quick!" is the original subject line.

You may choose to review all e-mail flagged as SPAM, or set up a filter in your e-mail client to route SPAM straight into the Deleted Messages (Trashcan) folder.
