What it will do
- Enable you to pick up and send your mail from any web browser
- Encrypt and Secure
- Your E-Mail password en route to the mail server
- All mail passing between your computer and the mail server
- All E-Mail communications between yourself and any other recipient on the same mail server (such as your colleagues)
- Your online calendar and online address book updates
- Account management such as password changes or auto-responder messages
What it won't do
- E-mail communications from mail server to mail server are not encrypted unless the recipient's mail server supports the STARTTLS protocol.*
* STARTTLS is an emerging transmission protocol that is not yet supported by most mail servers. If e-mail security important to you, your recipients can ask their ISP if they support STARTTLS. If not, invite them to open a Snap Design e-mail / messaging account!
Quick Start Instructions
Setup
- Establish a professional E-Mail / Messaging Account with Snap Design, if you haven't already done so. Get your own Pro Account.
Usage
- Pick up and send E-Mail using your Internet Explorer or other web browser by clicking on the SSL Web Mail link on the Snap Design home page and logging in at the prompt.
- With Web Mail, you can change your password, manage your schedule, set up your AutoResponder / Vacation Notices, or download ComAgent. ComAgent is used for Instant Messaging, data synchronization, and more.
- If you're a Domain Administrator, you can add, edit, or delete user accounts within your domain.
